Shaffer Development, LLC is owned and operated by Cindy Shaffer. Shaffer has a degree in Business Communication from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She began her career in the corporate world working in management positions for several fortune 500 companies such as S.C. Johnson & Son and Marriott Corporation.
In 2001, Shaffer began purchasing and redeveloping properties in Cedarburg. Shaffer is a current owner and co-developer of The Mequon Town Center, which is a revolutionary new development in the gateway corridor of the Mequon- Thiensville Town Center. Shaffer has recently been awarded an RFP from the Village of Grafton to develop a 17-million-dollar mixed-use project.
Shaffer Development has been instrumental in revitalizing several blighted infill properties in Ozaukee County. Shaffer’s focus is on collaborative community development. By bringing together and working with adjacent property owners, investors and the community, Shaffer is able to achieve innovative and financially sound developments that are beneficial to all concerned.
Cindy Shaffer is the current Vice President of the Mequon Thiensville Rotary, a former instructor at MATC Mequon and a supporter of many community programs.
